Meet Shelley
Shelley Young | Founder and Principal
Shelley Young is a supply chain leader, people champion, and life-long learner.
Building on more than 25 years in consumer packaged goods, medical devices, and pharmaceutical sectors at Johnson & Johnson, Shelley founded the company to serve middle market companies that are ready to scale and need a flexible and reliable supply chain to enable profitable growth.
With deep, global expertise spanning the full end-to-end supply chain from sourcing and manufacturing through distribution and last-mile delivery, Shelley takes a holistic approach to building a customized supply chain strategy. She anticipates the upstream and downstream impacts of both strategic plans and operational decisions. Shelley has first-hand experience with the supply chain challenges companies are facing today and is energized by helping teams discover the path that best fits the uniqueness of their products.
Passionate about developing talent, mentoring, and teaching, Shelley served as an adjunct professor of supply chain at Rutgers University, inspiring hundreds of students during her tenure. Shelley is also a past recipient of the YWCA’s Tribute to Women and Industry recognition.
Shelley is proud to serve on the board of directors of Integrate for Good, an amazing non-profit organization that strengthens local communities by expanding opportunities for people of all abilities to contribute their time and talent.
Shelley lives in the greater Philadelphia area with her husband, Jason and pup, Zara.
